Assembly	All steel construction, using only the finest materials. Painted in our factory with a gray Hammertone powder coating. Parts are baked at 400 degrees for 30 minutes providing a hard protective coating.
Motor	Fully sealed industrial rated 12 volt DC motor. Optional  ( 12 volt on-board battery pack 110 volt with charger included). Steel gears with a 35:1 ratio. 5.5 amp draw under 325 lbs load. Ball screw actuator static tested at 2500 lbs. Manual override hand crank.
Platform	Rails are made from 1/8" brushed aluminum. Easily washes to maintain the new look. Automatic lockdown arm for securing the scooter to the lift.
Installation	Lift mounts into a class 2 or 3 hitch receiver. Silver Star outside lift platforms can be easily switched to accommodate your mobility needs.

            Silver Star Nationwide Installation

Nationwide Installation (offer requires purchase of battery pack) Silver Star Mobility takes the worry out of buying and installing a vehicle lift.  This Silver Star lift/carrier comes with a Free Nationwide Professional Installation Program.   This takes away any concern that you may have about how your lift will fit and work in your vehicle.    Silver Star in association by Pride Mobility Products has a nationwide network of professional service technicians that will install the lift.

After your order has been placed the lift will be shipped to a local installation technician.  Once they receive the lift they will call and schedule a time with you to come and install the lift and instruct you on the operation of your lift with your mobility product.    Please keep in mind that this service will add about 5-8 business days to the completion of your order than if we had simply shipped it to your home.   Please note that you are required to have a hitch installed on your vehicle before you schedule the lift installation.

Swing-Away Arm Option

Make your Silver Star Lift by Pride Mobility even more versatile with the Swing Away Accessory. Tough and durable, with all steel construction, the Swing Away Accessory remains lightweight and easy to use. Easily bolts to most Silver Star Lifts and mounts to Class 3 hitch receiver.

The addition of the power source eliminates the need for wires to be run from the lift to the automobile battery when installed, thus reducing installation time. (cost, and complexity)

All of Silver Star′s power lifts have the option of selecting their own 12 volt power supply which easily recharges by plugging the unit into any standard wall outlet. Each charge lasts approximately 150 cycles*

Lifts may be wired to the vehicle′s power supply upon request.

By using the battery pack option, the lifts can be easily transferred from one vehicle to another.

*Tested under ideal conditions using 325 lb. Scooter. Cycles per charge may vary depending on various factors such as scooter or power chair weight and climate.
